Insurance ID Card Instructions
Shortly after you enroll online, you will receive an email that your medical ID card is available to print/download from your IFS Student Dashboard.
You MUST present your Insurance ID Card to hospitals, doctor's offices and clinics so they know to whom to send your bills. If you do not provide your ID Card, bills will be sent directly to you.
Always carry your Insurance ID Card with you.
