The period to waive the Hillsborough Community College Student Health Plan for the New Student
Summer term has passed, and Hillsborough Community College is no longer accepting waive requests.
WAIVER REQUESTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR NEW INCOMING STUDENTS FOR THE SUMMER SEMESTER. THE LAST DAY TO WAIVE IS 5/15/2023
All international students are permitted to enroll in classes at Hillsborough Community College only after demonstrating that they hold medical insurance coverage which meets the school’s requirements. International students may either purchase the Hillsborough Community College International Student Health Plan through Crum & Forster Insurance Company or provide proof of an acceptable alternate medical insurance plan.
Please note that medical coverage is mandatory during the entire time you will be a student at Hillsborough Community College, even if you are not in the U.S. during breaks and the summer semester.
