DEPENDENTS POLICY BENEFITS ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE STUDENT HEALTH PLAN
- Pre-Existing conditions for Dependents are covered after a 24 month Waiting Period
- Pregnancy for a Dependent Spouse: Conception must occur at least 10- months after the Effective Date for the pregnancy to be covered.
